Tents Arrive to Help Volunteers in Tornado Recovery

The recovery in Moore, OK from a devastating tornado begins with some basics – tents for communications, basic medical and volunteer intake. Alaska Structures has provided two military style shelters through AmeriCares emergency team for Team Rubicon to help the work of an expected 300 volunteers over the coming month. The tents arrived in Moore on May 24 by 8:30 PM local time and were put up by Team Rubicon before midnight. A time lapse video shows the “60 second version” of the team assembly effort.
