A series of tornadoes and severe storms struck central Oklahoma, hampering recovery efforts and causing flooding, power outages and more misery for families and first responders still struggling in the wake of the massive EF-5 tornado in Moore. Since the May 20, 2013 disaster, AmeriCares emergency response team has been working nonstop with partners to address the health care needs of survivors and responders with deliveries of medical aid, water and relief supplies.
