Yangon (Rangoon).  Another is in Bangkok participating in logistics meetings with the UN and other international relief organizations to coordinate aid efforts staged out of Thailand.

Reports indicate a growing need for medical assistance among survivors, and AmeriCares continues to work around the clock to prepare shipments of life-saving medicines, medical supplies and water purification sachets.  We have secured a plane to transport the aid, and have identified partners on the ground in Myanmar to work with in distributing aid where it is most needed.

Please give as generously as you can to help us to provide initial and long-term relief in the aftermath of this disaster.
