Encompassing a vast geographic region, Asia is comprised of a culturally and economically diverse population across many countries. AmeriCares has been bringing essential medicines and relief supplies to the region since the early 1980s and continues to provide both immediate response to emergency medical needs and long-term humanitarian assistance to countries including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, North Korea/DPRK, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
